removed widget location-saving dependency, reworked the way widget positions are saved, put in some guards to check validity of model element when widget is moved during a build

Palette - The visusla feed back icon is now visible whenExt. SU is DnDed onto any existing ext. SU unit.

Disabled showPreview. This will be implemented later on once required changes are done to XAM Model.
