Partial Bug Fix # 112264 Remove unused autoload modules from the build
Removing:
visualweb/ejb/support
visualweb/ravelibs/jsf-api
visualweb/ravelibs/jsf-ri
visualweb/ravelibs/jsp-api
visualweb/ravelibs/jstl
visualweb/ravelibs/servlet-api
Also removing:
visualweb/ravelibs/external/standard.jar - not used
visualweb/ravelibs/jsf-metadata - the generator is no longer used. The generated files
have been checked into webui and xhtml modules.
Removed the friend declarations for removed modules.
Adjusted the visualweb/classloaderprovider/j2ee14classloaderprovider to use the JSF1.2 api and impl.
