Partial support to rename component ids. This will enable the right code generation for components that bind to default data when they are dropped onto the designer.

Fixed the conflicts warning from the layer file and removed the AlarmStatus, NotifcationPhrase from the palette because they are not standalone components supporting designtime.

Initial retouche integration.
Following should work with this check-in
1) View the designer and outline upon project creation or open.
2) Add/remove components onto designer. You may see exceptions when you close and re-open the project with some components
3) View Navigation editor(read-only)
