Bug Fix# 110488 Lost project/outline/palette views on reopen project

- Fixed by checking for null model - indicating the project is closed - when computing display name in DesignBeanNode. This prevents the reported NPE.
- Removed the processNodes() call after change in focus of top components. With recent changes to do modeling on demand and other performance enhancements , the modeling in response to focus change has become redundant.
- Mark the source dirty when closing a document only if the last modification timestamp is different from the cached last modification time stamp. The last modification time stamp is cached when the source unit is opened, file is changed or renamed.

(Again, the VW validation tests did not catch it.)

Fixed by reverting fix for 110472. DriverListUtil uses the wrong driver class name
