Use the new WebProjectLibrariesModifier API to add CompileTime/DeployTime only libraries.
Now the design-time libs will no longer appear in the WAR file, and the run-time libs will not in the classpath.

Renamed the jsf-extension-*.jar to the real names (not having SNAPSHORT in the names). Renamed the json2.jar to json.jar. So, now the jar filenames are consistent with the ones in woodstock reposity
