Removing deprecated <property> element from arch description DTD.
Enforcing NMTOKENness of names, since they are used in hyperlinks etc.
Ensuring all existing arch description XML files validate without
errors.

A mapping from generic status names defined in FileStatusInfo class
to status names defined for the specific VCS integration added
(field genericStatusTranslation).
New variable names are introduced for that purpose in generic VCS.
The new variables are defined in CVS profile.
This is a fix of issue #29465.

Some more stabilization hacks. testAutoEditing test case is pretty unstable. Needs to be rewritten using Empty profile probably.

Synchronize the access to the default group file.
Also release the lock after the writing is finished.
