* Fix suggestion type ordering. The suggestions should stay in a fixed
order now - which I've set up roughly according to "importance":

Tasks Due
Rule Violations
HTML Problems
Source Tasks
Javadoc Problems
Copyright Problems
* Add confirmation panel to "Disable Type"; it explains that disabling
a type gets rid of ALL suggestions of that type and explains how some
types offer specialized customizers. This will hopefully prevent people
who for example dislike the "OnlyOneReturn" from disabling PMD
altogether.
* Change empty tasklist template name to "Empty Task List" from "Empty
iCalendar" since the usage of iCalendar is an implementation detail
most people don't care about (used to be more important when we
offered both xCalendar and iCalendar.)
* Fix http://tasklist.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=30693
