CTL_numOfFinishedCmdsToCollect property added to be able to customize the number of finished commands, which are to be kept.

A RuntimeFolderNode created to be able to set properties of this node.
The number of finished commands to keep can be customized now.
CommandsPool:
A queue of commands waiting for the execution created and an executor starter loop created from where are the command executed.
canRun(..) method added, which tells you whether the command can be run in the current monitor lock.

PROPERTY_IGNORE_FAIL added. This means, that when the command is supposed to return fail status after normal execution (i.e. diff), the warning output will be supressed.

Most of command properties have default values defined.
Method getDefaultPropertyValue() added to get the default value of the property.
getBooleanPropertyAssumeDefault() method added to return the default value if the property is not defined.
