API change: list provider when you create a suggestion (allows

Suppose, that the updated files are relative to the common parent directory.
This should be true and have sense for all commands.

Better calculate the common greatest parent.
Take into account the fact, that the name of one folder can be
the starting substring of another (like 'test'' and 'test2').
