Command.setFiles() must not be called with files that are not applicable to the given command. All usages corrected to conform to this. Fix of issue #54010.

Use the ${message} variable for the change description if there is notemplate file prepared by the GUI.This is necessary for the commit to be usable from API.(issue #46639).

Ignore the default action => Enter propagates to the default button on the dialog.This fixes the accessibility. Issue #54716.
