RecursionAwareCommand introduced and implemented by commands produced
by UserCommandSupport. The recursionBanned property (and variable)
is set according to detection of NonRecursiveFolder in Node's lookup.
This change allows all VCS commands to adapt to flat views.
This is necessary in order to fix issue #49829.

Eliminated random event firing when setting up the VariableInputDialog,
also it's possible to update just a subset of variables.
CVS autofill commands updates just the variables it needs to set.
This is a fix of issues #41366 and #43939.
