Correcting various syntax errors in layers. Remember: with XML Catalog
module turned on, mount new "NetBeans Catalog", then right-click on a
layer and Validate.

The standard profiles build from profiles/ subdirectory.
The stdprofiles/ subdirectory is not used any more.
build.xml changed to include the just the standard profiles.
The packages of classes in old profiles are translated to the new paths.
