Removed old prototype code and implemented all major functionality
for the BluePrints top component. This includes:
- new title
- Toolbar
- Category dropdown
- Article dropdown
- Panel for browsing category description
- Panel for browsing solution text
- Panel for browsing design text
- Panel for browsing example code
- All controls populated from demo.xml and/or resources in org.netbeans.modules.j2ee.blueprints.catalog.resources.web
