Several problems/bugs fixed:
1. Not working xdvi target
2. Not working project's settings dialog for show and build default targets
3. Changes in project's settings not propagated until restart
4. \bibliography and \usepackage argument parts can be separated by commas
5. The arguments (free or error correction) does not end at paragraph end (\n\n), needs more investigation

Some stuff factored out of the 4.0 output window rewrite, and a caching framework that makes it
easy to build data caches over a memory map file fairly transparently.
The latter may be of interest - it's more or less what I would expect MDR to be implemented over,
at least as far as backing storage goes.

Tooltip on an annotation pattern property made more verbose.
It mentions the possibility to use HTML tags and the necessity to escape
special HTML characters.

Set the default values directly as values rather then reference to a variable.
This allows the value to be reset. This is a fix of issue #42849.
