Cleanup in the source scanner module

* Show annotations for all user tasks with associated file positions.
These annotations do not have line highlights, only glyph gutter icons.
* Howevering over the gutter icon for a task annotation will cause its
corresponding task to be selected in the tasklist view (if visible).
* PMD Unused Field-removal now handles field declarations that span multiple
lines, and also removes the javadoc associated with the field.
* Fix such that the summary of a task is shown in the status area, when
a task is shown (for example, when F12'ing through the tasks.)
* Fix to task scanner such that it correctly handles the very first
line in the file. There was a bug in there which caused the first character
in the buffer to get dropped.
