Some macros and abbreviations, to be expanded upon.
A bit nicer parsing infrastructure - code can call DocBookDataNode.getLookup().lookup(ParsingService.class) and enqueue a callback to either run once or on every file change. A callback may either be regexp driven or a sax ContentHandler. So anything that wants to do something involved in parsing the file can hook on here; callbacks run off the EQ (see ContentHandlerCallback and PatternCallback).
Could probably be made prettier yet, but it works.

Fixing build to not require an internet connection (a clean would delete build/saxon8.jar).
Moved copying of saxon8.jar from netbeans-extra target to init - if it is copied after
the build, the build will never complete in the first place.
