The contextual commands Init, Import and Checkout removed.
They are as global commands only. This prevents misuse and makes the context menu shorter.
This is a fix of issue #51773.

Return conflict status when the file has conflicts.
When it was merged without conflicts, return just "Locally Modified" status.
