Issue #28009 - XML Core module is autoload module now.

Massive refactoring (thanks, RefactorIt!). There's a
new "Core" module which contains the basic implementation
classes (the old org.netbeans.modules.tasklist package)
used by usertasks, editor, bugs, etc. This is in a
org.netbeans.modules.tasklist core package. The directory
structure of the CVS module has changed: each NetBeans
module is now in a separate directory. (core/, usertasks/,
etc.) As a result, our ant files are now a lot less
complicated and similar to the rest of NetBeans, since
we don't have to include and exclude subpackages etc.
The top level directory has an ant file which acts on
the sub-modules, so you should be able to run ant there
and have everything built.

There are some incompatibilities w.r.t. earlier versions;
I will describe these on dev@tasklist.netbeans.org since
very few of you / nobody(?) receives the CVS update mails,
and even those of you who do receive them have stopped
reading them after all the mails this week (why oh why
does CVS want to commit directory additions immediately?)

Initial Suggestions View functionality. NOT YET COMPLETE.
Various refactoring to make "Task" subclass "Suggestion";
some other method renaming for cleanup; plus various
import statement cleanup etc.

Added openide-deprecated.jar to the classpath so that the module compiles.
