Add multifile task scanning. The window is not persistent.
There's a new menu item in the Tools menu - Scan Tasks
or something like that. When you run it you create a new
window which lists scan matches in multiple files.
Fix problem in the filter panel; I had placed the preview
explorer inside a scrollpane but it turns out the explorer
already has a builtin scrollpane so in one situation I ended
up with two vertical scrollbars...
Get the testsuite running again under 4.0 (after the deprecation
separation). Also fix a missing .jar file in the ant script which
manifested itself as build errors that could be fixed with ant
clean.

making build.xml independent of the environment, where it runs, by
adding some properties (please: do not put any hardcoded ${nbroot}
references into pathelement's, but introduce new properties; new properties
can be overridden by other users !)

added limited support for XMI.extension and XMI.extensions tags in XMI reader (it now does not complain about these elements, however values of these elements are not stored for roundtriping)
