    3.61 -ORACLE AMERICA, INC. ("ORACLE"), FOR AND ON BEHALF OF ITSELF
    3.62 -AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES UNDER COMMON CONTROL, IS
    3.63 -WILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE TO YOU ONLY UPON THE
    3.64 -CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS  CONTAINED IN THIS
    3.65 -BINARY CODE LICENSE AGREEMENT AND SUPPLEMENTAL LICENSE TERMS
    3.66 -(COLLECTIVELY "AGREEMENT").  PLEASE READ THE AGREEMENT
    3.67 -CAREFULLY.  BY SELECTING THE "ACCEPT LICENSE AGREEMENT" (OR
    3.68 -THE EQUIVALENT) BUTTON AND/OR BY USING THE SOFTWARE YOU
    3.69 -ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND AGREE TO THEM. 
    3.70 -IF YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR
    3.71 -OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL
    3.72 -AUTHORITY TO BIND THE LEGAL ENTITY TO THESE TERMS.  IF YOU DO
    3.73 -NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY
    3.74 -THE TERMS, THEN SELECT THE "DECLINE LICENSE AGREEMENT" (OR
    3.75 -THE EQUIVALENT) BUTTON AND YOU MUST NOT USE THE SOFTWARE ON
    3.76 -THIS SITE OR ANY OTHER MEDIA ON WHICH THE SOFTWARE IS
    3.77 -CONTAINED.
    3.78 -
    3.79 -1.  DEFINITIONS.  "Software" or "JDK" means the Java SE
    3.80 -version 8 Reference Implementation software in binary form
    3.81 -that you selected for download, install or use from Oracle or
    3.82 -its authorized licensees, any other machine readable
    3.83 -materials (including, but not limited to, libraries, source
    3.84 -files, header files, and data files), any updates or error
    3.85 -corrections provided by Oracle, and any user manuals,
    3.86 -programming guides and other documentation provided to you by
    3.87 -Oracle under this Agreement.  "General Purpose Desktop
    3.88 -Computers and Servers" means computers, including desktop and
    3.89 -laptop computers, or servers, used for general computing
    3.90 -functions under end user control (such as but not
    3.91 -specifically limited to email, general purpose Internet
    3.92 -browsing, and office suite  productivity tools).  The use of
    3.93 -Software in systems and solutions that provide dedicated
    3.94 -functionality (other than as mentioned above) or designed 
    3.95 -for use in embedded or function-specific software
    3.96 -applications, for example but not limited to: Software
    3.97 -embedded in or bundled with industrial control systems,
    3.98 -wireless mobile telephones, wireless handheld devices,
    3.99 -kiosks, TV/STB, Blu-ray Disc devices, telematics and network
   3.100 -control switching equipment, printers and storage management
   3.101 -systems, and other related systems are excluded from this
   3.102 -definition and not licensed under this  Agreement. 
   3.103 -"Programs" means Java technology applets and applications
   3.104 -intended to run on the Java Platform, Standard Edition
   3.105 -platform on Java-enabled General Purpose Desktop Computers
   3.106 -and Servers.
   3.107 -
   3.108 -2.  LICENSE TO USE.  Subject to the terms and conditions of
   3.109 -this Agreement   including, but not limited to, the Java
   3.110 -Technology Restrictions of the Supplemental License Terms,
   3.111 -Oracle grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited
   3.112 -license without license fees to reproduce and use internally
   3.113 -the Software complete and unmodified for the sole purpose of
   3.114 -running Programs.  Additional licenses for developers and/or
   3.115 -publishers are granted in the Supplemental License Terms.
   3.116 -
   3.117 -3.  RESTRICTIONS.  Software is copyrighted.  Title to
   3.118 -Software and all associated intellectual property rights is
   3.119 -retained by Oracle and/or its licensors.  Unless enforcement
   3.120 -is prohibited by applicable law, you may not modify,
   3.121 -decompile, or reverse engineer Software.  You acknowledge
   3.122 -that the Software is developed for general use in a variety
   3.123 -of information management applications; it is not developed
   3.124 -or intended for use in any inherently dangerous applications,
   3.125 -including applications that may create a risk of personal
   3.126 -injury. If you use the Software in dangerous applications,
   3.127 -then you shall be responsible to take all appropriate
   3.128 -fail-safe, backup, redundancy, and other measures to ensure
   3.129 -its safe use.  Oracle disclaims any express or implied
   3.130 -warranty of fitness for such uses.  No right, title or
   3.131 -interest in or to any trademark, service mark, logo or trade
   3.132 -name of Oracle or its licensors is granted under this
   3.133 -Agreement.  Additional restrictions for developers and/or
   3.134 -publishers licenses are set forth in the Supplemental License
   3.135 -Terms.
   3.136 -
   3.137 -4.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
   3.138 -WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  ORACLE FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL
   3.139 -WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
   3.140 -LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   3.141 -FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT.  
   3.142 -
   3.143 -5.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  IN NO EVENT SHALL ORACLE BE
   3.144 -LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR
   3.145 -CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS,
   3.146 -REVENUE, DATA OR DATA USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD
   3.147 -PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, EVEN IF
   3.148 -ORACLE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
   3.149 -ORACLE'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES HEREUNDER SHALL IN NO
   3.150 -EVENT EXCEED ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS (U.S. $1,000). 
   3.151 -
   3.152 -6.  TERMINATION.  This Agreement is effective until
   3.153 -terminated.  You may terminate this Agreement at any time by
   3.154 -destroying all copies of Software.  This Agreement will
   3.155 -terminate immediately without notice from Oracle if you fail
   3.156 -to comply with any provision of this Agreement.  Either party
   3.157 -may terminate this Agreement immediately should any Software
   3.158 -become, or in either party's opinion be likely to become, the
   3.159 -subject of a claim of infringement of any intellectual
   3.160 -property right.  Upon termination, you must destroy all
   3.161 -copies of Software.
   3.162 -
   3.163 -7.  EXPORT REGULATIONS.  You agree that U.S. export control
   3.164 -laws and other applicable export and import laws govern your
   3.165 -use of the Software, including technical data; additional
   3.166 -information can be found on Oracle's Global Trade Compliance
   3.167 -web site (http://www.oracle.com/products/export). You agree
   3.168 -that neither the Software nor any direct product thereof will
   3.169 -be exported, directly, or indirectly, in violation of these
   3.170 -laws, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by these
   3.171 -laws including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or
   3.172 -biological weapons proliferation.  
   3.173 -
   3.174 -8.  TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS.  You acknowledge and agree as
   3.175 -between you and Oracle that Oracle owns the ORACLE and JAVA
   3.176 -trademarks and all ORACLE- and JAVA-related trademarks,
   3.177 -service marks, logos and other brand designations ("Oracle
   3.178 -Marks"), and you agree to comply with the Third Party Usage
   3.179 -Guidelines for Oracle Trademarks currently located at
   3.180 -http://www.oracle.com/us/legal/third-party-trademarks/index.html. 
   3.181 -Any use you make of the Oracle Marks inures to Oracle's
   3.182 -benefit. 
   3.183 -
   3.184 -9.  U.S. GOVERNMENT LICENSE RIGHTS.  If Software is being
   3.185 -acquired by or on  behalf of the U.S. Government or by a U.S.
   3.186 -Government prime contractor or  subcontractor (at any tier),
   3.187 -then the Government's rights in Software and accompanying
   3.188 -documentation shall be only those set forth in this
   3.189 -Agreement.  
   3.190 -
   3.191 -10.  GOVERNING LAW.  This agreement is governed by the
   3.192 -substantive and procedural laws of California. You and Oracle
   3.193 -agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue
   3.194 -in, the courts of San Francisco, or Santa Clara counties in
   3.195 -California in any dispute arising out of or relating to this
   3.196 -agreement.  
   3.197 -
   3.198 -11.  SEVERABILITY.  If any provision of this Agreement is
   3.199 -held to be unenforceable, this Agreement will remain in
   3.200 -effect with the provision omitted, unless omission would
   3.201 -frustrate the intent of the parties, in which case this
   3.202 -Agreement will immediately terminate.
   3.203 -
   3.204 -12.  INTEGRATION.  This Agreement is the entire agreement
   3.205 -between you and Oracle relating to its subject matter.  It
   3.206 -supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written
   3.207 -communications, proposals, representations and warranties and
   3.208 -prevails over any conflicting or additional terms of any
   3.209 -quote, order, acknowledgment, or other communication between
   3.210 -the parties relating to its subject matter during the term of
   3.211 -this Agreement.  No modification of this Agreement will be
   3.212 -binding, unless in writing and signed by an authorized
   3.213 -representative of each party.
   3.214 -
   3.215 -SUPPLEMENTAL LICENSE TERMS
   3.216 -
   3.217 -These Supplemental License Terms add to or modify the terms
   3.218 -of the Binary Code License Agreement.  Capitalized terms not
   3.219 -defined in these Supplemental Terms shall have the same
   3.220 -meanings ascribed to them in the Binary Code License
   3.221 -Agreement.  These Supplemental Terms shall supersede any
   3.222 -inconsistent or conflicting terms in the Binary Code License
   3.223 -Agreement, or in any license contained within the Software.
   3.224 -
   3.225 -A.  SOFTWARE INTERNAL USE FOR DEVELOPMENT LICENSE GRANT. 
   3.226 -Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and
   3.227 -restrictions and exceptions set forth in the README File
   3.228 -incorporated herein by reference, including, but not limited
   3.229 -to the Java Technology Restrictions of these Supplemental
   3.230 -Terms, Oracle grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
   3.231 -limited license without fees to reproduce internally and use
   3.232 -internally the Software complete and unmodified for the
   3.233 -purpose of designing, developing, and testing your Programs.
   3.234 -
   3.235 -B.  LICENSE TO DISTRIBUTE SOFTWARE.  Subject to the terms and
   3.236 -conditions of this Agreement and restrictions and exceptions
   3.237 -set forth in the  README File, including, but not limited to
   3.238 -the Java Technology Restrictions and Limitations on
   3.239 -Redistribution of these Supplemental Terms, Oracle grants you
   3.240 -a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license without
   3.241 -fees to reproduce and distribute the Software, provided that
   3.242 -(i) you distribute the Software complete and unmodified and
   3.243 -only bundled as part of, and for the sole purpose of running,
   3.244 -your Programs, (ii) the Programs add significant and primary
   3.245 -functionality to the Software, (iii) you do not distribute
   3.246 -additional software intended to replace any component(s) of
   3.247 -the Software, (iv) you do not remove or alter any proprietary
   3.248 -legends or notices contained in the Software, (v) you only
   3.249 -distribute the Software subject to a license agreement that
   3.250 -is a complete, unmodified reproduction of this Agreement, and
   3.251 -(vi) you agree to defend and indemnify Oracle and its
   3.252 -licensors from and against any damages, costs, liabilities,
   3.253 -settlement amounts and/or expenses (including attorneys'
   3.254 -fees)  incurred in connection  with any claim, lawsuit or
   3.255 -action by any third party that arises or results from the use
   3.256 -or distribution of any and all Programs and/or Software.  The
   3.257 -license set forth in this Section B does not extend to the
   3.258 -Software identified in Section F.
   3.259 -
   3.260 -C.  LICENSE TO DISTRIBUTE REDISTRIBUTABLES.  Subject to the
   3.261 -terms and conditions of this Agreement and restrictions and
   3.262 -exceptions set forth in the README File, including but not
   3.263 -limited to the Java Technology Restrictions and Limitations
   3.264 -on Redistribution of these Supplemental Terms, Oracle grants
   3.265 -you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license
   3.266 -without fees to reproduce and distribute those files
   3.267 -specifically identified as redistributable in the README File
   3.268 -("Redistributables") provided that: (i) you distribute the
   3.269 -Redistributables complete and unmodified, and only bundled as
   3.270 -part of Programs, (ii) the Programs add significant and
   3.271 -primary functionality to the Redistributables, (iii) you do
   3.272 -not distribute additional software intended to supersede any
   3.273 -component(s) of the Redistributables (unless otherwise
   3.274 -specified in the applicable README File), (iv) you do not
   3.275 -remove or alter any proprietary legends or notices contained
   3.276 -in or on the Redistributables, (v) you only distribute the
   3.277 -Redistributables pursuant to a license agreement that is a
   3.278 -complete, unmodified reproduction of this Agreement, and (vi)
   3.279 -you agree to defend and indemnify Oracle and its licensors
   3.280 -from and against any damages, costs, liabilities, settlement
   3.281 -amounts and/or expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred
   3.282 -in connection with any claim, lawsuit or action by any third
   3.283 -party that arises or results from the use or distribution of
   3.284 -any and all Programs and/or Software.  The license set forth
   3.285 -in this Section C does not extend to the Software identified
   3.286 -in Section F.
   3.287 -
   3.288 -D.  DISTRIBUTION BY PUBLISHERS.  This section pertains to
   3.289 -your distribution of the JDK with your printed book or
   3.290 -magazine (as those terms are commonly used in the industry)
   3.291 -relating to Java technology ("Publication").  Subject to and
   3.292 -conditioned upon your compliance  with the restrictions and
   3.293 -obligations contained in the Agreement, Oracle hereby grants
   3.294 -to you a non-exclusive, nontransferable limited right to
   3.295 -reproduce complete and unmodified copies of the JDK on
   3.296 -electronic media (the "Media") for the sole purpose of
   3.297 -inclusion and distribution with your Publication(s), subject
   3.298 -to the following terms: (i) You may not distribute the JDK on
   3.299 -a stand-alone basis; it must be distributed with your
   3.300 -Publication(s); (ii) You are responsible for downloading the
   3.301 -JDK from the applicable Oracle web site; (iii) You must refer
   3.302 -to the JDK as JavaTM SE Development Kit; (iv) The JDK must be
   3.303 -reproduced in its entirety and without any modification
   3.304 -whatsoever (including with respect to all proprietary
   3.305 -notices) and distributed with your Publication subject to a
   3.306 -license agreement that is a complete, unmodified reproduction
   3.307 -of this Agreement; (v) The Media label shall include the
   3.308 -following information: "Copyright [YEAR], Oracle America,
   3.309 -Inc.  All rights reserved.  Use is subject to license terms. 
   3.310 -ORACLE and JAVA trademarks and all ORACLE- and JAVA-related
   3.311 -trademarks, service marks, logos and other brand designations
   3.312 -are trademarks or registered trademarks of Oracle in the U.S.
   3.313 -and other countries."  [YEAR] is the year of Oracle's release
   3.314 -of the Software; the year information can typically be found
   3.315 -in the Software's "About" box or screen. This information
   3.316 -must be placed on the Media label in such a manner as to only
   3.317 -apply to the JDK; (vi) You must clearly identify the JDK as
   3.318 -Oracle's product on the Media holder or Media label, and you
   3.319 -may not state or imply that Oracle is responsible for any
   3.320 -third-party software contained on the Media; (vii) You may
   3.321 -not include any third party software on the Media which is
   3.322 -intended to be a replacement or substitute for the JDK;
   3.323 -(viii) You agree to defend and indemnify Oracle and its
   3.324 -licensors from and against any damages, costs, liabilities,
   3.325 -settlement amounts and/or expenses (including attorneys'
   3.326 -fees) incurred in connection with any claim, lawsuit or
   3.327 -action by any third party that arises or results from the use
   3.328 -or distribution of the JDK and/or the Publication; ; and (ix)
   3.329 -You shall provide Oracle with a written notice for each
   3.330 -Publication; such notice shall include the following
   3.331 -information: (1) title of Publication, (2) author(s), (3)
   3.332 -date of Publication, and (4) ISBN or ISSN  numbers.  Such
   3.333 -notice shall be sent to Oracle America, Inc., 500 Oracle
   3.334 -Parkway, Redwood Shores, California 94065 U.S.A , Attention:
   3.335 -General Counsel.

   3.337 -E.  JAVA TECHNOLOGY RESTRICTIONS.  You may not create,
   3.338 -modify, or change the behavior of, or authorize your
   3.339 -licensees to create, modify, or change the behavior of,
   3.340 -classes, interfaces, or subpackages that are in any way
   3.341 -identified as "java", "javax", "sun", "oracle" or similar
   3.342 -convention as specified by Oracle in any naming convention
   3.343 -designation. 
   3.344 -
   3.345 -F.   LIMITATIONS ON REDISTRIBUTION.  You may not redistribute
   3.346 -or otherwise transfer patches, bug fixes or updates made
   3.347 -available by Oracle through Oracle Premier Support, including
   3.348 -those made available under Oracle's Java SE Support program.
   3.349 -
   3.350 -G.  SOURCE CODE.  Software may contain source code that,
   3.351 -unless expressly licensed for other purposes, is provided
   3.352 -solely for reference purposes pursuant to the terms of this
   3.353 -Agreement.  Source code may not be redistributed unless
   3.354 -expressly provided for in this Agreement.
   3.355 -
   3.356 -H.  THIRD PARTY CODE.  Additional copyright notices and
   3.357 -license terms applicable to portions of the Software are set
   3.358 -forth in the THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.TXT file contained in
   3.359 -the Software.  In addition to any terms and conditions of any
   3.360 -third party opensource/freeware license identified in the
   3.361 -THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.TXT file, the disclaimer of warranty
   3.362 -and limitation of liability provisions in paragraphs 4 and 5
   3.363 -of the Binary Code License Agreement shall apply to all
   3.364 -Software in this distribution.
   3.365 -
   3.366 -I.  TERMINATION FOR INFRINGEMENT.  Either party may terminate
   3.367 -this Agreement immediately should any Software become, or in
   3.368 -either party's opinion be likely to become, the subject of a
   3.369 -claim of infringement of any intellectual property right.

   3.371 -J.  INSTALLATION AND AUTO-UPDATE.  The Software's
   3.372 -installation and auto-update processes transmit a limited
   3.373 -amount of data to Oracle (or its service provider) about
   3.374 -those specific processes to help Oracle understand and
   3.375 -optimize them.  Oracle does not associate the data with
   3.376 -personally identifiable information.  You can find more
   3.377 -information about the data Oracle collects as a result of
   3.378 -your Software download at http://java.com/data/ .
