#125200 - xtest.module value has to be shorter than 50 characters. Also xtest.home doesn't need to be set. It is nb_all/xtest by default.

123557 Unable to remove the VIR and TRAVEL sample databases
Fixed by using NBPreferences to store a property in userdir when sample database created, so as not to recreate the database and connection
unless userdir is deleted
